RETURN POLICY:
Landmark Machinery, LLC makes every effort to ensure that all customers are happy with their purchase but – given the sketchy nature and incorrect terminology provided by the OEM’s available documentation and the customers we have had to draw a line in the sand when it comes to returns. It is as follows:
- NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS
- RESTOCKING FEE: 25% on all non-electrical parts - Restocking fee may be waived at the discretion of Landmark Machinery, LLC if the part was ordered in error by the customer and the correct part was purchased at Landmark Machinery, LLC.
- RETURN SHIPPING: Return shipping cost/fees are the responsibility of the customer. If Landmark Machinery, LLC shipped a part in error then Landmark Machinery, LLC will email the customer a return label and will pay the return shipping cost/fees. In any case the customer is responsible for delivering the return part to the appropriate shipping company.
- REFUND: Upon receipt of the return part Landmark Machinery, LLC will refund the customers credit card on file the part price less the restocking fee. NO shipping will be refunded on return parts ordered in error by the customer. Parts shipped in error by Landmark Machinery, LLC will have the shipping fees refunded to the customers credit card.
DISCLAIMER:
Landmark Machinery, LLC works as hard as possible to ensure the customer get the parts they require but our performance is only as good as the information received from the customer and the OEM’s available documentation. Given the age of some of the chippers & stump grinders we get asked about many improvements and/or repairs may have been performed since the unit left the factory. Landmark Machinery, LLC bases all its parts recommendations upon the OEM’s available documentation. If the customer receives a part in error based upon the OEM’s available documentation as there had been an improvement and/or repair since the unit left the factory Landmark Machinery, LLC will not be responsible for waiving the restocking fee or any shipping charge to and from the customer. It is always best to email or text your Landmark Machinery, LLC representative any information such as part numbers and pictures to ensure the correct part is provided.
